Creative Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant of the Orange City Arts Council works under the immediate direction of the Executive Director, and in cooperation with the Executive and Full Board in providing the community and surrounding area with opportunities to engage in a variety of artistic expressions.

  • Annual Scheduling of Events
  • Marketing, Publicity and Ticket Sales
  • Housing and Hospitality
  • Fundraising and Finances
  • City Teamwork

Executive Director

The Executive Director of the Orange City Arts Council leads a regionally recognized organization that exists to enrich the community and surrounding area by showcasing artists, facilitating educational opportunities, and supporting local creative talent. The Executive Director works to ensure quality programming, excellent event execution, and overall management of the organization’s operations. The Executive Director should project a professional and enthusiastic presence for the organization.

  • Programming & Artist Contract Negotiations
  • Partnering with Regional and/or State Arts Conventions (such as “Arts Midwest”)
  • Fundraising and Finances
  • Marketing and Publicity
  • Administrative Supervision and Collaboration
